I Regret to Choose Small Company than Big Company in my Internship???... (#Motivation 23's)-3

  The story cross my mind when the facebook poop up some pictures. I saw many of my friend is working in the big company, those famous and well known by most of the people. To be honest, i am envy them for getting big company and can learn a lot, who don't like big company? No one right? Big company is more beneficial to employee, in term of facilities, benefit, leaves, bonus, high pay and so on. When i saw their picture, i always remind myself why i am so stupid, so fast to agree the first company i interview, so fast to get and sign the offer letter, so fast to stop keep finding better company, that is the reason i am staying my this small company, Asian Secrets. I even feel shy when people ask where i internship? Staying in small company may feel shy to share or talk about, i don't know others, but i was.

  It has been 2 months i work over my company, nothing surprise, i keep do the routine work, i even have a lot of time to facebook, online, wechat and so on. I don't know it is the right way to work or not, being in small company is less restricted, we can sometimes have our own time to talk and chat with my collegue. My boss is always busy in his room, and don't care about ours, just will give the tasks and the assistant of Boss will follow up us. The worst case and example is, the first month, i have a new supervisor just join in, at least as a new staff, i can learn a lot from this supervisor. Unfortunately, this supervisor left the company due to the unfinished and super rush task keep burden her, so she left. Until now, i still have no Supervisor yet, about 1 month ago. The worst things was, my allowance is only RM400, how can i survive with this money staying in PJ ? I spend my weekend for part time job(sometimes), but it was very tiring! But i found out working as part time is not the best solution to survive, because i spend another 8 hour time (physical), spirit for exchange my money. Although is even higher than my intern company which is only RM20 per day just because my mistake of choosing company.

  If you ask me, is it a better situation to learn about? My answer is Yes! Being no supervisor, many task will be so messy, no one control that department, although the boss take in charge, however the boss is too busy on his own business, so what can i do? In this world, nothing is important than your MINDSET, you have your MIND and u SET it. I have my own way to learn and my goal to achieve, no one can predict their future, what i can do is just trying and trying until i achieve what i hope for.

  My intern life was just different from others, NO Big Company, NO Supervisor, NO Many Big Task to do, NO Issues to solve, so what can i learn? i guess the future will tell...
